The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist who will take a key role on our team. Our Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. He/she also plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

A successful candidate has excellent writing ability, design skills and creativity with the ability to work well in a fast-paced industry, meeting deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to Marketing Director and Content Manager
  • Production of marketing collateral (sales presentations, PDFs, social media, advertisements, direct mail and email releases, newsletters, etc)
  • Email Campaign Management: Curate monthly email campaigns for product and marketing departments to promote companies’ services. Track, Monitor and Analyse campaigns.
  • Paid Ads Management: Manage all Google and LinkedIn Ad campaigns
  • SEO: Assist with keyword research, on-site and off-site SEO, competitor analysis
  • Social Media Management: working with the social media manager to create social media content and updates including but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Trace, analyze and report on the activities and outcomes of all digital campaigns
  • Community management: daily social communication, social and digital listening and monitoring.
  • Weekly Blog Content Promotion Strategy and Execution
  • Work directly with the creative team to execute creative & digital content.
  • Monitor and update all social media posts and ensure best practice standards are maintained
  • Prepare ads for social media platforms including Google and Facebook ads
  • Constantly research digital communications best practices, trends and technologies


  • Experienced (minimum of 2+ years) in digital marketing (preferably in fintech industries) with deep knowledge of underlying concepts and technologies
  • Excellent Copywriter and Storyteller
  • and A self-starter and a cross-functional team player who can keep focus in a fast-changing environment
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
