We have an immediate requirement for multiple Inside Sales team members.  You will work directly with inbound prospect leads in a consultative fashion and guide them successfully through their payment solutions buying journey.  As a Payments Consultant your responsibilities are vital to VoPay’s success in achieving its’ customer origination and revenue goals. 

You will be an early stage member of VoPay’s growing Sales organization.  Guidance and direction will come from experienced Industry leaders. You will enjoy a friendly, supportive team environment that prides itself on working together to get things done! 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in and apply all Sales skills training and direction 
  • Develop deep knowledge of company solutions and Industry trends
  • Meet or exceed all Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Meet or exceed “Lead to Sales” conversion goals
  • Accurately document all client interactions
  • Update the CRM accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Maintain quality of communication cross functionally
  • Provide input for the betterment of the organization
  • Be an advocate for your prospects


  • A minimum of 5 years of business working experience
  • Experience in Payments, Fintech and/or Sales is highly desirable 
  • Experience working with CRM systems and productivity software
  • Experience with Sales Methodologies (SPIN, Challenger etc..) is desirable
  • Sense of pride in performance and contribution to the team
  • Prioritization and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Misc: role is onsite for Vancouver and work-from-home and based in other provinces.
