Hiring Process

1. Connect

If your resume stands out to our team, you’ll receive a request to connect from our People team. We’ll introduce ourselves, the company, and ask about your experience, skills, and availability.

2. Interviews

Depending on the position, you'll have up to three interviews with various members of our team to show us how you and your skill set fit into our team. Please ask us any questions you have for us — you are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you!

3. Additional Assessments

You may receive a request for an additional assessment that can tell us more about your skill set, how you work, and help us see where you shine.

4. Contingent Offer

Once we’ve decided that you are the right fit for the role, we will extend to you a contingent offer to join our team and then to proceed to the employment checks. Depending on your qualifications, you may receive an offer for a position at a more appropriate level.

5. Request for References

Every position at VoPay requires background screening. After you confirm our contingent offer, we will contact the references you provided.

6. Background Check

At this stage of the process, we will issue a background check for you to complete to move to the next step. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the position is based, with no restrictions.

7. Written Offer

At the last, but certainly not least, stage in this process, you will receive an official offer from VoPay to join our team — congratulations!
