VoPay abides by the policies laid out in the Code Of Conduct (the Code), as set in place by The Government Of Canada.

The Code was created to ensure that companies in the Credit and Debit Card Industry implement fair business practices in regards to merchants.

Getting In Touch

VoPay has embraced the Code of Conduct for the Credit and Debit Card Industry in Canada and adheres to the policies outlined to ensure compliance. The Code is integrated into our contracts, pricing policies, and overall business practices.

If you have a complaint or inquiry regarding the Code Of Conduct, please use the form on this page to get in touch.

After submitting this form, we will acknowledge your inquiry within 5 business days.

We will then open an investigation and provide you with a resolution within 30 days of receiving the inquiry, along with the following:

• A summary of the complaint
• The final result of the investigation
• Explanation of the final decision
• Information on how to further escalate a complaint in the event of an unsatisfactory outcome, along with a complaint handling form.

If we cannot provide a response within 30 days, merchants will be informed of the delay, reason for the delay, and the expected response time.

Submit A Code Of Conduct Inquiry

All merchants have the right to submit a complaint to the Card Networks or the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada.

If you believe that our practices are not in line with the Code, or you feel that your concerns have not been properly addressed, you can report your issue to your acquirer of the record to file a Code of Conduct Complaint.
